CPP drop spindle problems

I'm having some problems with getting the right drop spindles. I placed the order from summit racing for 71-72 modular drop spindles. I got my package pretty quick as usual from them. Problem came about when opening box and CPP put 73-87 drop spindles in box. I called summit and they said no problem they would send me another set. Summit has been a really good company for me, they always do what they say. I got second set in a few days later and same thing again box says CP4S3 and actual numbers on spindles say CP4S4. Summit attached a note on receipt saying that CPP is aware of the numbers not matching but have made them work for 71-72. Anyone else have this issue? Should I roll with it or get a refund. Once again I'm not bashing summit they are great to deal with, however I have had issues with CPP customer service in the past. Thanks.

Re: CPP drop spindle problems

I would be calling CPP and see what they say. I have all CPP suspension and have never had an issue but with all the recent fubars I would think twice, maybe three times before placing an order.

Re: CPP drop spindle problems

I had the same issue, quiet Saturday bummed about it, got them out and they zipped on like butter!
Second truck, same thing ordered4s3's, same 4s4's show up. on they went trouble free, again. Both trucks have 71-72 disc front ends on them. Jerami
