Naw ya don't. Just the heads....and if you REALLY wanted to I may know someone that has a very nice friend at MAST that can track down their 6bolt heads. I feel you don't need a new block till you blow on a hole in the one you got....and with an gmpp LSX block, you'll blow a hole in the block sooner than you'd like heheh.

really? I thought the GMPP LSX Bowtie block was a sturdy piece...rated for like 2000+hp? No?

Wasted - There are some companies that do 6 bolt conversions but I know 90% of them want the aluminum block to start with. BUT just better heads in general could get you pretty far with some creativity. I'm pretty sure you could go up to 1/2" studs and 0-ring the block and prevent lifting enough to get you there. And maybe its just me, but after reading 20 pages of BS on the lsx blocks over on YellowBullet, I don't know if I want one. Tho the world blocks have been accused of issues as well.
