Stock LS1/4L60E Swap

I also have a complete LS1/4L60E out of a 2001 Trans Am.
If the built one below sells, I'll keep this one or v/v.
Motor is mostly stock - has new lifter trays, GM lifters and LS9 valve springs.
Trans is a fresh rebuild with zero miles.
Comes with PCM, harness, F-body accessories and oil pan.
This one is 2,900+shipping from central Iowa or I can meet in the general area.

68 GTX - 440/4-speed, Dana 60. 44,000 miles.

06 Duramax - LBZ - Exhaust, EFI Live, etc...

Not knowing too much about the newer engines I presume this is a 350.

Will this fit in a '67 pickup without too much trouble? Mainly I am wondering about the oil pan and stuff since it came out of a car.

How hard would it be to integrate the LS wiring with the '67's loom? Would I have to buy one of the aftermarket looms?

Thanks,

LockDoc

Leon,

It's an aluminum 346/5.7.
Yes, f-body pans will fit in easily, you'll need a set of trailblazer ss headers or manifolds.
The engine harness will need modified - there are a lot of unnecessary wires that are removed and fuses are added for various things - o2 sensor heaters, fans, a/c, cpm, etc...you can have that done for anywhere from $2-300, get a set of $40 adapter plates off of ebay then it is a very simple installation.
