Headlight switch

Had the headlight switch in for a while during my build, but tonight when I put the shaft in it wouldn't stay. So not being of sound mind I took the screws out to see if I could fix it. Right, it grenaded in my hand. I will talk to the supplier tomorrow to see what we can do, and don't want to call them out on this before we talk, but whose headlight switch are you using in a 56 style pickup with no problems?

new ones are $20 on up on ebay. Checked NAPA and they do not stock.

Re: Headlight switch

I saw those on ebay and it suprises me that they are that cheap. Just wondered if there was one of better quality but if they work for everyone else I'm ok wjth it. I only paid $25 for mine from Classic Parts. I talked to them yesterday and got an RMA number to send it back. It may turn out ok. I don't know if the rod and bezel are unniversal or not. Thanks for your responses.
