These where put onto trucks and cars for years with drum brakes.
The help to reduce the noise associated with drum brakes.
Maybe someone want a pair for a concourse restoration, maybe someone just wants to quite down a noisy brake drum
These are used and have been painted at some point in the past they show plenty of patina
