Transfer Case Question
Hey, I just picked up an 86 K10 SWB today, the 4WD is faulty, i just think it needs a front driveshaft. Just in case it happens to be a bad T-Case, for how much and where can you get a transfer case. Correct me if i'm wrong but i think with a bad transfer case, only the 4H and 4L are affected, but in 2WD its fine. THANKS, NICK

no front driveshaft will have the same effect. You can put the truck on 4 jackstands and see if the front output shaft is moving to see if it is the case or driveshaft.
