Got mine day after Christmas. Popped it in to watch and the volume goes up and then down where you can't hear it at all. Their web site is down till after the first. Hopefully they will take care of it. Wondering if anyone else got their disc.

I received mine the day before Christmas and when I took it out of the package it looked like it had been run over. The case was broken up and the discs were badly scratched. I know it's not their fault that it's the fault of the USPS, but I'm hoping they will make it right.
