I got a pair from Chevy Duty. The chrome seems very nice and they look just like the originals, but they didn't make the mounting screw holes correctly. On the originals, the screws go straight in (horizontally). On the new ones, they go in at an angle (the same angle as the curve on the door where the handles attach). They were kind of a pain to get tight.

i agree with Slammed67. I bought a repro handle from Wes at Classic heartbeat. Great quality, but the mounting screws were kind of a pain. They Look/Function great though.

I just put new repro ext. handles on my 71 and didn't have any problems with the mounting screws. And we haven't had any problems with ours, must be a different manufacturer.

I had a set from LMC that I bought before I learned about this board. I just installed them on the 72 C-30 and they fit well.

67-68 door handles are different than 69-72. I encountered this on a 67 resto and ended up painting the door handles body color leaving the push button and center chrome, owner loved it .

I got some from Kenny's trucks and the chrome was better quality than an NOS GM handle set. Well worth the money.
