bearing dust caps
I'm buttoning up the front brakes on my '59 3100 apache and was wondering if anyone can give me a suitable part # for dust cap replacements. I tossed the old ones out months ago. It looks like the hub opening is right about 2". maybe a hair under. Thanks!

Lesson learned there. Never throw something away until you know you have a replacement that fits and works.
What I would do is take a caliper and measure the id of the hub where the cap fits and then head to the parts house with that info. You can find dust caps in the Doorman catalog or sometimes in the " Help" section. You might also find chrome ones in Mr Gasket or Spectra.
