straight 6 to v8
How do you make a 350 look factory correct in a straight 6 original truck.I just don't care for the engine right up against the firewall .

you need v8 engine stands placed in the v8 position, you need v8 trans crossmember I believe or move the existing one forward, longer drive shaft and if it's a 4 speed you would also need different trans hump or you have to cut a new hole and patch your existing one

Exactly as wrecked chevy said didn't know any better when I built my truck and didn't move forward wish I did. Only thing is shouldn't need any new mounts just have to knock out all rivets and move forward.
