Do all the usual tune-up stuff. Be prepared to replace the distributor. They wear prematurely on TBI motors. Just a design thing with the small cap HEI dizzy for efi.
Get your fuel pressure checked, key-on/engine off, idling, and under load. It requires adapters, so either track down a loaner tool, of have a shop check it. If OK, look up Dr. Injector or replace the entire TBI unit.
