Yeah, you're past the tough part, actually. Just remove all the 1/4" hex drive aluminum screws. The next pieces off are the mask, then the lens, then the shift indicator, then the gauge basket. For the basket, there is one connector into the back of the cluster, plus the speedo cable (unless yours is electric speedo, don't know).

The heater controls do not need to be removed to replace the bulb. You can do this from underneath. The light in the heater controls is a bulb in a socket on a pair of wires. The socket just pops out of a hole in the back of the heater controls.
