"Humidity controlled" may not quite be the correct term. I use a device I bought years ago that is designed to prevent condensation and reduce mildew in stored RVs. Basically it is small heat element enclosed in a perforated metal box about 12"X12"X4". It helps keep the temp inside the trailer a bit warmer and more consistent than that outside the trailer and also helps circulate the air via convection. It is said to consume about as much electricity as a 60 watt incandescent bulb.
