Can you post the specs of that head unit?
Have you tried wiring it high level (speaker wires) yet? This will give you full function of your controls. Just set the amp temporarily near the dash, cut the speaker wires and splice the amps wires in and turn it on. Just make sure it is properly grounded. If the sound is acceptable then disconnect it and position your amp permanently and wire it.
If it is not then reconnect your front speaker wires as before you cut it, hook up the 2 RCA jacks to the rear RCA input of the amp and connect your rear speakers to the rear speaker wire output of the amp. Your fader should still work. If your power to the rear speakers is acceptable and sounds better than using the high level connection, then stop there. If you want more power to the rear, then bridge the amp for the rear speakers like I explained above and see if it works. Just make sure you don't ground or short any + leads. Let us know how it turns out.
