Gas tank options other than....

I have 3" body lift on my truck and plan on keeping it. I dont however like how you can see the tanks nor do I care for them being outside of rails. Ive searched and read about the blazer/sub tanks out back as that was what I had in mind but seems they stick down quite a bit as well from back side. Then I looked into fuel cells and not seeing exactly what I need for a reasonable price. I can not mount a filler in the bed as there will be a salt box spreader in it for winter and not sure I want the whole process of behind the light as that would take a minute to do.

What other options do I have that are 20 gallons or more? With using existing fuel door or something not in bed to fill?

BTW-6" suspension and 3" body lift so got some room to move around.

How much of the bed does the salt spreader take up?They do make tanks that fit in the front of the bed that look like a big tool box.The other option is a under bed in the rear and use some kinda side fill on it.

Use a blazer tank and move it up so it doesn't hang so low

Spreader will take up all of bed. Need a side fill if at all possible.
