67 shortbed with leaf springs

Hi group, I had posted a Q? before but couldnt attach pics. Anyway I'm looking at this 67 Shortbed and the owner tells me it has leaf springs. The group responded that there was Leafs available as special order but this one don't look right. Your thoughts?

Doesn't look factory to me. Coil rear housing? Looks like 2 1/2" springs and shocks are outside the frame rail unlike original leaf trucks. Hard to tell from your pics though. Need close up shots of the front spring hanger and rear shackle mount. Also the diff housing where the spring perches are welded and where the leaf bumpstops should be.
