What did you get done 1/18 /15 football championship edition

This week I got the plow assembly on my truck to find out that the pump wont release to allow the plow to go down that goes to the shop tomorrow.. Maybe this thing will work before spring when I don't need a freakin plow. I also got the left side u joint into the front end of the axel. Eventually I need to get some ball joints and the other side done
Im STILL trying to find parts for the project truck
Finally I got the Nissan starter issue figured out bad ground
How about you all??

Removed and painted all interior plastics from red to black, bolted the rally center adaptor kit to my rims "waiting for centers to arrive in the mail" and replaced the hose coming from vacuum modulator to intake. That one wasn't planned. So drove to advanced auto in first gear darnit. Luckily I was really close by.

Installed headliner, new dome lights, & replaced all the power window motors.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Wired up a toggle switch for the 700r4 lock up converter in the 81 C20 and took it for a test drive.

got a set of doner a-arms pulled from the junk yard, broke down, and ready for sand blasting and powder coating. Suspension parts should be in this week and I'll be installing all new suspension front and back, wheel bearings, and drop kit within the next 2 weeks.

Did the fishing line, 3/M eraser thing to the wasted molding on the olde V20

Ran out of daylight, but I need to compound the area where the molding was still.

Re: What did you get done 1/18 /15 football championship edition

Started tearing out everything to remove my motor. Today just the air cleaner, carb, alternator ground wire, and fan. Sill need to get the distributor and radiator pulled, and all hoses/wires. Pretty sure i spun a bearing, which sucks. Gonna take the motor apart and inspect, take it to the machine shop and see what kind of damage was done. Then, it's either a rebuild or a crate motor for me...

Bob, you don't happen to have an engine crane do you?

Put a new set of Thrush turbo mufflers on the dually. Alot quieter now. The bottom casing on the drivers side was completely gone.

I put on a gear reduction starter (the thing is great!) and was able to get dual piston calipers mounted up on my truck.
