Dual Horns ... what year were they available?
My 70cst has factory Dual Horns ... what year were dual horns first available

I believe sometime during the 1969 model year or 1970. My Dec., 1968, produced 1969 CST/20 came with only the low note horn and there was no provision on the core support below the headlight for a high note horn.

My 70 has a dual horn as well, sounds like it has to be 69 or 70 for the chevys then right?

Shows it as an option in 69 in my ID book. I don't recall ever seeing them listed on a SPID before...but I've come across plenty of trucks that have them.
