They look like the factory bumper guards mounted too far outboard in order to clear his front mount spare.

The stripes are not correct but the truck is;he has the SPID showing the 9J8 COPO option of the Chevy Sport with a factory roll bar.If I was looking for another one I would buy this;would not take much to make it correct and it is well optioned.

It makes me wonder what it looked like before the repaint. The hood has been replaced with a 79-80 and the engine compartment isn't clean for that kind of money. Still a nice truck but for the money I would rather have the black sport that has been for sale here in Phoenix.
