PinStriping Pics?

Has anyone tried using PinStriping instead of the chrome molding on their trucks? Specifically 67-68's? Pictures if so?

Probably not exactly what you're looking for. You are more likely to be looking for something closer to a striped-on representation of the original trim work.

After the color coat, it was already cleared and polished out. Because of logistics, I couldn't clear *after* the striping. That's partially the reason for
going with a thinner and more "tailored" look.

I gave the striper a copy of both '54 and '49 hood ornaments for "beginning and termination" points. And a couple of sketches.
Told him I wanted two thin stripes along the body line where the top trim usually goes. And then stood back and shut up.

He also did a little old-school design on the front of the hood and on the tailgate...but you weren't asking for those.

Yeah, looking for something really similar to yours but located where the original trim is supposed to be. That looks REALLY good though. I was contemplating using that color for my truck too until I saw the Holly Speed Truck :p
