64 c10 seat belts
want to fit seat belts will the fixing holes already be in the truck or will i have to drill some ?

Seat belts were not mandatory in 1964. They started in 1966 in the factory. You will have to drill holes. Luckily, Chevrolet produced an installation sheet for dealer installed seat belts through the years.
