Ok found some bad body mounts on my truck 94 ext. Cab 4x4 and I ordered a full set from Oreillys made by Energy Suspension well they did not come with any hardware like washers to separate the body and the rubber the old ones have a piece molded in..
I guess what im asking is do I need the washers on the top of the mount or just throw them in and bolt it down?

Re: missing or wrong part??
Although they do not come with any washers etc it is always a good idea to replace the hardware when changing body mounts.
The rubber mounts have that metal insert so they still flex but do not deform. Your new mounts being not rubber don't need the extra support but should have a washer to limit the abrasion they get while flexing. |
