Warren Customs 66
Got this 66 in and what a mess. Replaced ALL the front suspension with CPP 6 lug discs and power master. Replaced ALL the brake lines and rear axle brake parts. Had a time with the rear 1st received the wrong axles then received a bad set that the splines were cut to wide and deep giving a crazy amount of slack in the spider gears, finally got a good set and assembled her up. Old truck cleaned up good drives good and to me looks great. Owner wants to go read with a white top later own. Ill post some more pics once the new tires and rally wheels are own.

Re: Warren Customs 66
Sorry gang but that was the build. For now anyways. We have a 63 C10 that was restored by another group 10-20 years ago and will need a new frame. The current one has been welded and patched and there are to many things done wrong to fix what's there so we will replace the frame and start over. We also have a 55 1st series 3/4 ton, and a 1 ton that need done and another 66 frame off were working on now. I'm eyeball deep in a 57 Bel Air that I've got to get posted on Tri-five but have been to busy. Also got a Jeep coming that's special to me because my dad painted it about 32 years ago yes that's right I'm 39 and it was the 1st Jeep I ever remember riding in and the 1 owner wants it repainted. But keep watching cause this 66 will get some more updates we drove it to the tire shop today and the owner had the rallies and new tires mounted and I cant wait to see it. Drove great I was very happy with the brakes and suspension. Here's a pic of the wheels.

Re: Warren Customs 66
With all the parts delays it sat here about a 2 months, should have really only taken 2 weeks at best. Owner came by and was telling the family went for a maiden voyage with the kids and the daughter asked what that knob was "well that's the vent go ahead and pull it. It lets fresh air in." Owner said she pulled it and it was full of leaves covered every body in the hole truck, hahahaha. Family memories they can always laugh about. That's what its really all about anyways. Hopefully some pics of the new wheels and tires next week.
