Naw, he's probably like me and has another home in another county. Simply register it there and the tags and insurance stuff goes to that address. Like having a second home in Iowa. You pick where you register what vehicle. I have a couple registered in Apache county where I keep them. No emissions.

Good point. Me being a pauper with only one home, I'd need it to pass in Maricopa or I'd be screwed.
