Yes, just swap your current upper/lower ball joints out with 73-87 ball joints. You will also have to change outer tie rods as well, not sure if a 73-87 will thread to your existing 68 inners, or if you need conversion sleeves. Someone else will chime in on this.

l'll get on my soap box.
BUY 63-70 CONVERSION SPINDLES FOR $229 almost everywhere.
Direct bolt on.
Nothing to change.
Even if your 73-87 spindles were FREE, it's still cheaper.
All C10 Spindle manufacturers now make them.
Belltech, Western Chassis, McGaughy's, etc.

Rant off.

X2 on this... I looked up the prices one day for the same path and it was crazy how expensive it was to switch everything over.

BTW.. I just bought some 3" lowering spindles on ebay.. for my '70 and it had one of those "best offer" options on the spindles..I paid $160 free shipping.. not too bad andI don't have to change over all the front end parts... i DID THAT once on my '68 and I pad over $200 in ball joints and tie rods

here is the link to the spindles... I can't verify the quality yet because I haven't received them but they do have a 5 year warranty.. not too shabby
