It's really not that steep, $2500 would probably be more fair. Drop a new 290hp crate in it for $1500 and the truck is easily worth 6k.

Considering the condition of the body and it being in the rust belt, its worth his asking price for parts.

I get that price is relative to location, but I paid $3500 for my '91 crew dually 4x4, and it had 61k on it. A rough 61k, but still.

Ya it's a $1500 truck maybe here on the West Coast, but $3gs could be ok for back east. Cool truck none the less, I'd buy it if here & cheap lol
