spongey brakes

Have a 1994 gmc k1500 ..has soon get brakes ..still stops but will go to floor with little pressure ...replaced vacuum brake booster and master cylinder ..let fluid free flow then bleed all four wheels and still have spongey pedal ....have already replaced rear wheel cylinders few months back .can't find any leaks anywhere ...lost as to what to try next ...thanks in advance

What's the history. Is it worse then before. Was something done? Is it the same as always? What?

It's worse than before ...didn't do anything to it just all of a sudden went to floor

Look at the top of the brake pedal arm

Just an example not necessarily your exact layout

how did you bleed the brakes? by using vacuum or stomping on the pedal..the last method is guaranteed to mess up your new MBC..

Ok it still has clip on ....i gravity bleed them and then pump brakes ....changed proportioning valve along with abs hydraulic unit and now have a pedal ....now have a transmission problem lol ....thanks for all the info
