Replacement Seat Belts
Hi guys. I usually hang around in the 67-72 area, but I have recently gotten an 89 K1500 that I'm working on making roadworthy and able to pass inspection. One problem is the seat belts - they are shot and will not retract at all. I'm looking for replacements and have found some at LMC, but the price seems ridiculous. If anyone has any suggestions where I can get new ones for a good price, please let me know,
Thanks, Chuck |

Re: Replacement Seat Belts
Seat belts are ridiculous in price. I believe that exact replacements are no longer in production, so you might try some from a place like
http://www.julianos.com/seat_belts.html Either way, they do cost so $$$

Re: Replacement Seat Belts
I've been able to get seat belts for a reasonable cost from U-Pull-It style junkyards. Not sure if there are any of those in your part of NY.
