Air ride controller blowing fuses. Help
I just installed a air ride system in my 1965 C10 .
I used the asco numatics quad manifolds system with D2600 bags, a rear c-notch and a AVS 7 button hand held controller. All appears to be going well except when I press the middle button. This is all bags up or all bags down. The 5 amp fuse blows. I hear that there is a relay that can be installed, but all of the wiring is internal in the switch. Anyone have this problem? Paul |

5 amps seems low for driving the entire block. Asco does not list the wattage for the blocks in the catalog. May want to try a little bigger fuse after checking to make sure the wiring is correct.

DO NOT INSTALL A LARGER FUSE... This will void any warranty you have on the switchbox. The manifold valve is pulling to many amps when it is trying to activate all the solenoids at once. You will have to install relays to make it work with that valve block. I will look for a diagram if you need one. Shoot me an email. JASON@AVSONTHEWEB.COM
