yes it is. Do you know what kind of bed cover that is and what they used to replace the tailgate chains?

That is a nice bedcover. I havent been able to find one for my truck. I did away with my chains and i used a set of latches i found in a boat store. They are exactly like the one in Bruce horkeys but at half the price.
