found this truck online thought I would share. Way out of price range at 20k but I love the color combo.

Re: just had to show pics...drooling may occur
I agree not a thing wrong with the interior appointments. I wish mine still had it's factory red interior but the original owner changed to not even black but grey sometime in the late 90's. Mine already has the wood grain dash and doors

$20K and worth every penny, if you think what it would take to restore a truck to that level.

Re: just had to show pics...drooling may occur
Great looking rig - I'd be proud to own and drive it. Not sure I'd be willing to pay the asking price, but I salute the effort to bring up the value of our trucks.
I went to the dealer's site to view additonal pictures and info here. What is the deal with the Frankenstein nature of the truck though? The ad states that it is a '76, but it clearly has a very nice 1980 grille & headlights. The transfer case appears to be the slip-yoke NP205 that was standard for '80 as well, but with a nice twin-stick conversion. And what is the deal with the interior? I like the red, and I happen to love the 73-77 woodgrain appointments, but there were no electric locks or windows in 76. The door panels seem more correct for 77 than 76. It even has a tach cluster, which seems odd with a vehicle that doesn't have A/C. And doesn't the dash bezel look like its been converted from A/C? Check out the lower left corner of the bezel - looks like a blocked off vent covered with veneer. I almost wonder if the cab was swapped from a '76 onto an 80 chassis. Nothing wrong with that, and given how clean the rest of it is I'm OK with that. I would just prefer that everything be disclosed. Particularly if something like that can command close to $20K. I have no plans to sell, but it's nice to know those kind of values are possible, right?

Re: just had to show pics...drooling may occur
I don't see the SPID sheet, so may not be all original parts from 76. Like all of my trucks before and current Burban, it's made up of anything cool/options/reliable/stronger parts from 73-91 Burbs. I'm REALLY starting to like the 80 chrome front end
