Barn Find!
This 1964 Chevy 3/4 ton sat in this barn for 20+ years until we found it and bought it this past wekend. Owned by the previous owners father since new. It orginally had a service utility bed on it but now has a flat. The original 283 was replaced with a 307 out of a chevelle a long time ago. It has the 17" lock ring wheels, comfort seat, original radio (works) and automatic. I got it running but have to replace the tank and fuel pump. Brakes seam to work but the power booster did not without the truck running. Pretty good buy for $500 and it runs.

Re: Barn Find!
TJ, I need the bed off your parts truck. I could use it for this one or my 4x4 project. I wish it had solid one piece wheels but it has the lock rings which no one around here will touch. Thanks guys..

Re: Barn Find!
I did not measure the bed, but I think it is a standard 127" wheelbase truck. No SPID or build sheet found. I sure wish he would have had the other two hub caps. He said they were gone when he got it from his father-in-law.

Re: Barn Find!
yes two is better than zero, and if I use these wheels on my 4x4 I will need the ones with the holes for the front. Which may be even harder to find, lol..

Re: Barn Find!
Loving those tall tires. I say slap a tank and fuel pump on her. Wash it and run it. That'd make a perfect parts fetcher. You can fit a lot of goodies on a flat bed. Perfect excuse when your at a swap meet. Got to fill up the bed with something what better than spare parts.

Re: Barn Find!
Awesome score. Heck if I found that I would get her running and drive the snot out of it.
I am not sure I would even want to wash it. Looks perfect.
