let me see your 5 1/2 x 5 inch static drop

Let me see your 5 1/2 x 5 inch static drop and tell me what size tires and wheels you're running. I need to see them to get a feel for what size tires and wheels I will need to go with. Ill be getting my frame to roller status maybe next week but will not have any weight on it for a while, so I have no idea what to really expect.... and if you did or dint do a C-notch... if not do you bottom out against the frame at all? Thanks!

Dont forget to give your specks on the drop and tire and wheel size please.

Re: let me see your 5 1/2 x 5 inch static drop

You are asking for a combo that most likely nobody runs. 4 1/2"-6" drop, 5"-7", 2 1/2"-4". My own truck is 4 1/2" - 7" with a leaf spring flip. But nobody does a 5 1/2" -5" drop which is odd for one of these. Too much in the front and not enough in the rear. Here's my 4 1/2" -7". My short step has about as big a tire as you can get on a stepside without bed mods. 275 55 17 on 17x9" wheel with 5" backspace using a 72 width axle. The front is 235 55 17 on 17x8" wheel with 4.5" bs.
