Assembly manual spreadsheet header?

A few years ago Ackattack started the project of the index list for the factory assembly manual, and had a header that enabled you to cross reference the list by application, such as year, 2wd, 4wd, Blazer, and Suburban, etc. Everybody that indexed the pages included the x's for the appropriate column but by the end of the project, the header disappeared so you can't tell what the x's are for. It was mentioned at the end of the thread that this was the case and maybe it could get fixed, but it seems it never happened. Has anybody been able to figure this out?
