Has anyone ever successfully

Integrated a front suspension with the rack and disc type brakes and stuff from say a 99-07 type truck into our 67-72's? Well the subject came up the other day when Board member Wiggy HD found and picked up for me a 68 C-10 Long bed truck and also he happened to find a step bed down the road the other way. Well he has just bought a powder coated frame with C-notches and a Porter something or other and CCP bla bla bla. At a real good deal leaving me the ability to get his short frame.
Enough of that but I have tons I mean tons of that stuff laying everywhere! So much of it a lot of it get sent off and thrown away at times from all the trucks I junk mainly needing sheet metal. My original thought was a bracket to bolt on the spindle and then a newer rotor and the late caliper could bolt to that. But then it wen t from there to the whole thing including the rack and later A-arms. Anyone? Jim
