frame ground
I was replacing the front shocks on Wanda today and noticed this loose ground on the outside of the frame by the passenger front wheel. it doesn't seem long enough to go anywhere. anyone have any ideas as to where it should go?

Attach it to the inner fender so the body is grounded to the frame .
