Sierra Grande loaded in Glendale
See the attachment. My 72 GMC is on the way from sunny southern CA. Just in time for spring in the Shenandoah Valley.

Re: Sierra Grande loaded in Glendale
I bet you are excited to get it. Did someone check it out for you before you sealed the deal?

Re: Sierra Grande loaded in Glendale
No - don't have any contacts in LA. Three things made me take the leap. First, it's an eBay buy and eBay will step in if you really get taken. Second, the seller is a private individual who likes to fix up and sell older vehicles on eBay. His feedback from other recent buyers was excellent. Third, I bought the truck for around $11,000, which struck as pretty low for a rust-free, big block, heavily-optioned GMC 2500 with a desirable color scheme. Having dealt with the seller now for a few weeks, I don't expect anything serious to be wrong. He sent me quite a few of the "loading pictures" and the truck really gleamed in the sun.
I'll know in about a week.

Nice looking truck! I'm just over the mountain from ya in Culpeper and actually buy hay over towards Stanley. Hopefully I'll get to lay eyes on it one day!
