Body Bolt Sizes & Numbers?

While working on my truck, I'm seeing that many of the body bolt sets sold as stainless are not so. I purchased a bed bolt set and fender bolt set from a reputable vender about four years ago. When removing the fenders & bed, I see that the stainless is peeling. Looks like it was flash plated with stainless over steel.

Going forward I will just will just purchase true 316 or 304 stainless from McMaster Carr or Fastenal. They sell the bolts, nuts & washers in bulk.

Is there type of reference list to show how many bolts, nuts, washers are needed and the inventory number of each?

In the LMC catalog they break it down how many bolts are required for most applications.
