Easiest disk brake conversion on 10 bolt rear?

What is the easiest and cheapest way to do it?

Captain Fab sells a bracket kit that uses Astro van rotors and D52 calipers.

May have to do a C-clip elimination anyway so not sure what my options are yet... Narrowing the rear an inch and a half... So we will see
