Help on lowering

Im just now getting back to my 85. It has what I think to be 2.5 drop spindles, and has shackles in rear. I plan to cut coils in front. I have bought the flip kit for rear, what shackles should I run now in the rear??

Re: Help on lowering

Depending on how you want the truck to sit you can leave it alone, raise the shackles to the 1" drop holes, or put stock shackles back on.

Flip kit & shackles gets pretty low so it will require a C notch for sure.

If you just plan to cut 1 coil the back will be too low with shackles and a flip. Stock shackles will bring the back up to be level with the front.
