Rebuilding old Gauges

Where is the best place to get the kits and can you change them over to 12 volts ? thanks .

oil, temp and speedo are mechanical, use a resistor on the gas gauge and convert the amp gauge to a volt gauge
someone just did a tutorial on converting the ad amp gauge to a volt gauge
