Need advice

Are those suppose to be almost rubbing wheel. Is that what you use spacers for to get wheel further away.

Did you make any modifications to it, or was it always like this. If it has been like this for awhile and you don't see shiny metal on the steering arm or the wheel, then I would leave it alone.

I run drop spindles and 15 inch wheels and mine rubbed until I put spacers on. I would say the gap now is about the width of a nickel.
