Re: Garrett's '63 Stepside -- Murder Truck -- Build
Okay, we're finally ready to start the real work.
First things first... We're installing the Turbo 350 Automatic Transmission, and B&M Shifter. Also, getting the old straight 6 running smoothly. New brakes. Checking and or replacing all the brake lines, filters, fluids, spark plugs, plug wires, cap, etc... The fuel tank in the cab bothers me (safety concerns), does anyone have any advice on relocating the fuel tank? (Please keep in mind that this is a micro "budget" project). I've included a couple of new photos of the cab, we removed the bench seat. I'm having a couple of riser/brackets made for the bucket seats. |

great father/son project... floors and rockers look to be solid and that dash cluster is killer and perfect for the theme of your truck.
welcome to you both. its a great place to be... |
