anyone run CTS-V exhaust manifolds 73-87 c10
Well after years of running the pacesetter 99+ 5.3 headers the motor mounts settled a little and now the header is rubbing the frame rail.. they were really close when first installed and were really worked just to make em fit and wont be trying to replace them with the same ones. A friend I work with just ordered a set of stainless works headers for his cts-v and looks like I will be installing his old manifolds on my truck to replace the current headers. I searched and came up with nothing... only found trailblazer ss manifolds on the c-10's.
Ive seen hooker makes mid and long tubes but at 350 ish and 550 ish.. not really wanting to spend that much on a set. so if you have a set installed, post up a picture if you have one. thanks

Re: anyone run CTS-V exhaust manifolds 73-87 c10
not sure about those years but im running LSA manifolds on my 69 c10 with cpp stands/mounts/sliders and the passenger side is quite close (1/4" or so) but the driver side has plenty of room (closest part is the brake line that wraps over the frame). i MAY grind a little clearance on the frame that is closest to the manifold....lol

CTS-V manifold would fit. I have a CTS-v on the left and a trailblazer on the right. Ti sis in a 50 Chevy but the frames are similar in dimension at that point.
The right side CTS--v was to wide and the right side trail blazer was to wide. Corvette should also work |
