Use a hammer and a punch to knock the pin on the stock shifter where the shifter mounts to the collar on the column. Super simple.

I did that and sure was super simple.. This shifter input shaft is to short so back to the drawing board!! Gonna take the factory shifter and figure out a way to use that shaft that goes into the column on the billet shifter.. Either machine it down or weld it

Do you have a tilt column? The shift levers are different between a tilt and non tilt column. I think that looks like a tilt column shift lever.

No I don't have a tilt column.. I should be able to install it in the next few days.. Gonna see what my buddy who's a machinist can figure out
