1968 bench seat colors
Hello, I have a plain Jane, actually Owen, 1968 chevy C10 step side swb. It's all original. My question is what color bench seats were available that year in our trucks? I've never seen another truck with the same color seat as mine. It's not a tan or saddle color but also not a white color. Any guesses?

Looks like it might be "Fawn", It's kind of a Light Grey color. That's what my '68 is. LockDoc

Re: 1968 bench seat colors
Wonder where I can find the seat cover in fawn. This on is original and kind of brittle, so I can see it tearing up in the future.

Re: 1968 bench seat colors
The material is out there - most of the 66-67's were fawn - but you'd likely have to get it stitched up. Tim at Truckseats could do that I believe. If nobody makes an off-the-shelf one (and I don't know of anyone that does), you could contact Tim at Truckseats, and SMS and work the deal between them. Material from SMS and Tim could stitch it up.
