Need some garage space to do engine swap. Would love to be set-up for about a month. Have own tools. willing to kick down some cash if nessasary. Needs to be somewhere Los Angeles based. Preferebly santa monica or adjacent.

not exactly Santa Monica adjacent..but I might be able to hook you up by the "Watts Towers"...or maybe San Pedro

I am willing to entertain all offers at this point. I am not sure where the watts towers are, but San pedro sounds like it might work.

Im sorry...I was kinda kidding...You really dont want a shop by either of those locations. I have a sail boat in Marina Del Rey. I suggest you look in culver city or Mar vista. I live 600 miles north now
