Power steering not working
I installed power steering on my 61 GMC pickup. Put the new belt on, added fluid. Went out for test drive and it seem's that the darn thing isn't even working. Any idea's? I must have missed something.

yes you forgot to bleed the system more than likely. get the front wheels off the ground. start it up and go lock to lock 4 or 5 times. that usually solves the problem . make sure that you have fluid. there was a thread on this a week or 2 ago

Takes quite a bit of PS fluid, so be sure to check the level after bleeding procedure and after driving a little while.
