Ok, so I checked this out and I get why he needed to angle cut off the factory base. I wondered if he'd welded a rectangular plate all along where he cut off the old mount but on re-reading it seems like he just put "tabs" on. With no pictures it's hard to know but since I have a Task Force, I'd have to totally rethink the approach anyway. I'd want mine to still slide forward and back....but then again...since this truck will be ONLY for me, why?!

Chris (SKYMANGS) is just now starting a TF truck for his son, haven't heard what seat he is using but shoot him a PM and he would be happy to tell you if the Seat will work in the TF.
