paint removal from chrome
which is the best way to remove paint from chrome without damaging the chrome, i have some wheels that are chrome but someone has painted over the top, any help please

Glass cleaner and some 000 steel wool.If its really bad dip the wool in a little
laquer thinner. |

I would think some liquid paint remover would do the trick. You can just wash it off after it disolves the paint.

Not much will hurt chrome as far as everyday chemicals. My vote for paint thinner or mek.
